OPPO Reno 14 5G Specifications
The OPPO Reno 14 5G features a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution (2760 x 1256 pixels). The screen offers a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1200 nits, protected by Gorilla Glass 7i technology. The device measures 158 x 75 x 7.4 mm and weighs 187 grams. It comes with IP68/IP69 certifications for water and dust resistance.
On the camera side, the front hosts a 50 MP autofocus camera capable of recording 4K videos at 60fps. The rear houses a triple-camera setup: a 50 MP Sony LYT 600 main sensor with OIS, an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50 MP telephoto camera with OIS and 3.5x optical zoom.
The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset. It supports LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage technology, though specific RAM and storage options have not yet been disclosed. The 6,000 mAh battery supports 80W wired fast charging but lacks wireless charging.
The OPPO Reno 14 5G runs ColorOS 15 based on Android 15. For heat management, it features a 4,700 mm² vapor chamber cooling system. Other features include dual speakers, dual SIM + eSIM support, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and an under-display fingerprint sensor.
OPPO has not yet revealed the pricing or detailed RAM/storage configurations for the Reno 14 5G.
